Because the system reaches from the ground with a telescopic pole, upstairs windows, conservatory roofs and awkward extensions are cleaned without ladders. That means no ladders resting against your gutters, no access issues down the side of the house, and a safer job all round.

No, as long as we can get to the back of the property, you don't need to be in. We message the day before each regular visit, and payment can be made by bank transfer after we've finished.
Tap water contains dissolved minerals that dry as spots. We filter those out, so the water evaporates and leaves nothing behind. It also means no detergent residue on the glass, which is what makes soap-cleaned windows attract dirt again quickly.
Clean glass with no detergent residue doesn't spot the way soapy glass does, so rain shortly after a clean rarely causes a problem. If a visit is genuinely spoiled by weather, we'll put it right.
Every four weeks is the standard round and keeps windows consistently clean at the lowest price. Eight-weekly is possible, though the first clean after a long gap takes longer and may cost slightly more.
