Carpet Cleaning
Deep hot-water extraction for carpets and rugs.

Pressure washing for driveways, patios, paths and paving from £80 across Mansfield and Shirebrook. Years of moss, algae and ingrained grime are removed, and the result is usually the most dramatic of any service we offer.
from £80 per driveway
Block paving, concrete and flags go green and black gradually, so most people stop noticing. Cleaning a driveway is the single change that makes a house look cared for from the street: it is the first thing visitors and, if you are selling, viewers see.
We use a rotary flat-surface cleaner rather than just a lance. It cleans evenly at a controlled pressure, avoids the striping you get from waving a lance around, and does not chew up jointing sand or damage the surface. Edges, steps and awkward corners are then detailed by hand with a lance.
Moss and algae are living growth, so removing the visible layer is only half the job. We apply a biocide treatment that kills the spores left behind, which is what stops the green coming straight back a few weeks later.
The area is cleared, weeds are removed and heavy moss or algae is pre-treated so it releases properly during cleaning.
A flat-surface rotary cleaner works across the area at controlled pressure for an even finish with no lance striping.
Borders, steps, kerbs and tight corners are finished by hand where the rotary head can't reach.
A biocide slows regrowth, then everything is rinsed down, including surrounding paths, so we leave no residue behind.
A small one-to-two car driveway starts from £80 and a larger driveway from £130. Patios start from £70. Booking a driveway and patio together in the same visit is cheaper than two separate jobs. Send a photo on WhatsApp for a same-day fixed price.
Not when it's done properly. We use a rotary flat-surface cleaner at a controlled pressure rather than blasting with a narrow lance, which is what causes pitting and washes out jointing sand. Cleaning does remove some sand from the joints, so we offer re-sanding with kiln-dried sand from £30.
With the biocide treatment we apply as standard, most driveways stay looking good for 12–18 months. North-facing surfaces, areas under trees and shaded paths green up faster. Sealing after cleaning extends it further and makes future cleans easier.
We normally use an outside tap if one is available, which is the quickest option. If there's no tap, we can bring our own water supply, just mention it when booking so we come prepared.
Oil and tyre marks are treated with a dedicated degreaser before washing. Fresh spills usually come out fully; old oil that has soaked deep into concrete or porous block often lightens considerably rather than disappearing completely.
Spring and autumn are ideal: spring to clear winter growth before summer, autumn to remove build-up before the wet months. We work all year round, though very cold, frosty days are avoided for safety.
